Women of Resolution shares the autobiographical stories of Araceli Velasquez, Ingrid Encalada Latorre, Rosa Sabido, and Sandra Lopez - four women who sought sanctuary to prevent being deported and separated from their families. This performance is part of Motus Theater’s Shoebox Stories project and our Welcoming the Stranger series - a collaboration with faith leaders who express moral courage and civic hospitality as they read aloud the story of an undocumented person and reflect personally and theologically on seeing the world through the eyes of an immigrant.
